As a driven former D1 college athlete, it has been a struggle for me to figure out how to live with peace of mind in the fast-paced chaos of life (which I love) and keep going strong (which I also love). Years ago as my family was growing and life's responsibilties began to pile up,  I decided to do something about it. 

What started as a quest to work on myself has turned into a mentality that has helped women in my community step into who they really are and confidently show up in their lives like never before.

A base camp is of great value to people who are climbing at high altitudes in complex conditions. It serves as a refuge where climbers recharge, refocus, and rejuvenate, enabling them to return to their journey with enhanced clarity and capacity.

It is a hybrid 2-4 person cohort and 1:1 coaching solultion: Within a genuine, safe, and supportive community, you'll engage in an immersive 6-month journey that blends personalized 1:1 coaching with group conversations designed to enhance well-being, resilience, empathy, and respect.

You will be required to complete a Gallup CliftonStrengths® Full 34 assessment & Strengths Alignment & Coaching Goals worksheet, but otherwise there is no homework.

Disclaimer: You are required to participate in every monthly cohort conversation and every 1:1 coaching conversation. Base Camp Cohorts meet on Wednesdays. You will be asked to share the most convenient meeting time when you check out.
